Rentals for Venues, Vendors and other DJs ONLY. If you have booked our DJ or A/V services please add any desired options through your client portal.
*NOTE* Prices include any set-up and tear-down but DO NOT include delivery charges which will be quoted after your tentative reservation is made online. You can cancel your reservation upon receipt of the total quote if desired.
How it works:
1) Start you reservation by entering your contact info
2) Make sure you enter the event date and location. Locations outside of our normal service area may show a travel charge. You can ignore this charge as we will get back to you with a total delivery charge for item(s) selected.
3) Browse the options available for the date of your rental and add them to your "booking".
4) Complete the booking process which tentatively reserves your item(s). There is no cost upfront. Select "I'm a rental customer and I will pay later".
5) We will be in touch with a delivery charge if applicable and to confirm your reservation's total price.
To reserve your final rental (once we provide a delivery charge if applicable), a 50% deposit is required upon receipt of the total quote. Please note all rentals require a signed equipment rental agreement and for non-venues a credit card and a $500 damage deposit is required. Venues only require a signed equipment rental agreement.
Your reservation is not finalized and is tentative until we have been in touch with the final cost, including delivery where applicable.

LOVE Marquee Letters - 3 feet tall, colour setting and chase/sound sequences via bluetooth if desired
